EKF publishes a series of selected information at individual case level concerning applications received after 1 July 2010. EKF will, however, maintain complete discretion concerning all customer and transaction details up to 60 days following the issue of a final guarantee. This is to ensure the right balance between the customers’ need for confidentiality and the possibility of public insight.
