​CSR report 2012
During 2012, EKF decided to consolidate our CSR work into one dedicated department. One of the main achievements during the year has been the launching and implementation of a new policy on environmental and social sustainability.

The projects EKF participated in contributes to local employment of 22,000 full time employees at an estimated value of 187 million euros. The projects also helped to reduce CO2 emissions by 26.4 million tonnes.

Factbook 2012 contains detailed information on EKF’s CSR efforts and the underlying data. Factbook 2012 includes GRI’s indicator matrix that EKF uses for reporting basis.

​CSR Methodology
From 2011 EKF has chosen to place the section on the methodology used in the CSR report and Factbook in a separate document.

​CSR Report 2011
EKF screened a high number of applications for environmental and social risks and impacts in 2011. In 2011, EKF has also chosen to expand its reporting to include all projects that underwent full environmental and social review (A and B projects). Previously only projects that fell under OECD regulations were included. In 2011, EKF helped to secure orders worth DKK 30 billion for Danish export companies and their sub-suppliers as well as generating or retaining 20,000 jobs in Denmark.

Factbook 2011 contains detailed information on EKF's CSR efforts and the underlying data. Factbook 2011 includes the indicator matrix of the Global Reporting Initiative that EKF uses as basis of the report. In 2011, EKF is reporting at level A for the second time.
​CSR Report 2010
The high level of activity in general in EKF throughout 2010 also affected the area of CSR. Thus EKF screened a record high number of applications for environmental and social risks and impacts. 2010 was also the year when EKF implemented our Openness Policy including a Code of Conduct (Business and Ethics). The Openness Policy includes, among others, the publication of a range of information about ourselves and the business transactions in which we participate. ​CSR Factbook 2010
Fact Book 2010 contains detailed information regarding EKF´s CSR efforts and the underlying data as well as methodology. Fact Book 2010 also contains the indicator matrix of the Global Reporting Initiative used by EKF as the basis of the report. In 2010, EKF is reporting at level A for the first time.

CSR Report 2009 
Our focus on CSR was upheld with success in spite of significant increase in activities during the year. At the same time a higher degree of openness regarding EKF´s business transactions was launched together with increased focus on purchase of Fair Trade goods and the use of more environmentally friendly printing paper within the organisation.

Fact Book 2009 contains detailed information regarding EKF’s CSR efforts and results in 2009 including an explanation of how EKF's work with CSR fits into the indicator matrix of the Global Reporting Initiative.

CSR Report 2008
EKF’s first CSR report. EKF joined the UN Global Compact and CSR became an integral part of EKF’s business strategy. The report which was based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), was subsequently appointed as ”noteworthy” by the UN Global Compact and thus as being particularly illustrative and inspiring.
